Clients are invoiced directly from the Philippines in AUD (no GST added).
Payments are made monthly in advance via Wise, Airwallex, or PayPal Business.
We require a one-month deposit upfront plus the first month’s payment.
Your deposit is applied to your final month or forfeited if services end early.

No. We don’t lock you in with long-term contracts.
There is a 3-month minimum commitment for all new clients.
After that, you can cancel with 30 days’ written notice.
If you cancel within the first 3 months, the balance of your 3-month term is payable in full.

If your assigned VA resigns, becomes unavailable, or underperforms, Olivia VA provides disruption and replacement cover at no extra cost.
