    This means:

    • We handle HR, payroll, contracts, benefits, and replacement cover.

    • You get full-time support without the legal risks of direct employment in Australia.

    • We act as your risk shield, so you can focus on your business.

    • Clients are invoiced directly from the Philippines in AUD (no GST added).

    • Payments are made monthly in advance via Wise, Airwallex, or PayPal Business.

    • We require a one-month deposit upfront plus the first month’s payment.

    • Your deposit is applied to your final month or forfeited if services end early.

  • No. We don’t lock you in with long-term contracts.

    • There is a 3-month minimum commitment for all new clients.

    • After that, you can cancel with 30 days’ written notice.

    • If you cancel within the first 3 months, the balance of your 3-month term is payable in full.

  • If your assigned VA resigns, becomes unavailable, or underperforms, Olivia VA provides disruption and replacement cover at no extra cost.
